What age are the busy books suitable for?
Our products are recommended for children aged 3 and above. Some items include small parts so adult supervision is always recommended during play.
What materials are used?
Our products are crafted from soft, high quality felt using child safe materials. They are designed to be gentle on little hands while being durable enough to withstand everyday play.
How do I care for my products?
Spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water, machine wash or tumble dry. Allow to air dry fully before use and store in a cool dry place.
Orders & Personalisation
How do I personalise my order?
Simply enter your child’s name at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest. Each product is personalised by hand before dispatch.
How long does personalisation take?
Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for personalisation before your order is dispatched.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
We begin personalisation quickly so please contact us at hello@sundayplayco.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll do our best to help but cannot guarantee changes once personalisation has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is also available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. Express orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days once dispatched.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available for customers in the South Nowra area. Simply select local pickup at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient time.
