Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sunday Play Co every item is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed with love and attention. Due to the personalised and handmade nature of many of our products we kindly ask customers to read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Personalised Busy Books
As each busy book is personalised specifically for your child we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect name selections entered at checkout
- general wear and tear
Please double check all spelling and order details before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sundayplayco.com including:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a brief description
We will always do our best to resolve genuine issues fairly and promptly.
Sensory Kits
Due to hygiene and safety reasons sensory kits are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind once opened or used.
If your sensory kit arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily assist.
Safety & Supervision
Our products are designed for play under adult supervision. Sunday Play Co is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow recommended age and safety guidance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non refundable unless an item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
