Each busy book is personalised to order and thoughtfully prepared for your little one before being sent out.
Our sensory kits are also made in small batches and require time to be made.
Processing Times
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for personalisation and order preparation before dispatch.
During busy periods, launches or holiday processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs we will always communicate updates clearly.
Shipping Within Australia
All orders are shipped with tracked postage through trusted postal carriers.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Personalised Orders
As each busy book is personalised specifically for your child, we kindly ask customers to double check all spelling before placing an order.
Sunday Play Co is not responsible for incorrect names entered at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, once parcels have been handed to the postal carrier delivery delays are outside of our control.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for selected launches, markets or special events. Details will be provided when applicable.
